The Journal Enquiry function is a record of all sales, credits and charges that have been finalised through the POS Screen.
It is used to view and find transactions based on criteria set by the user.
Journal Enquiry can be accessed by clicking on the 'Enquiry' menu then selecting the 'Journal Enquiry' option.
